Meet the Team
HR Director (Chartered MCIPD, MA HRM)
Sue is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has 19 years’ proven HR experience gained across the private and public sectors. She gained a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2003.
Sue is a skilled communicator and is adept at delivering strategies to progress and resolve people management issues.
Sue provides high quality, personal human resources advice and support to sectors including education, accountancy, IT, construction, flooring, dentistry, cleaning services, retail and electronics.
Sue is an accredited Safer Recruitment trainer having successfully trained over 400 individuals in schools and private businesses.
HR Consultant (Chartered MCIPD)
A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2005, Carolyn qualified from Anglia University in Business and Finance, with a specialism in Human Resource Management.
Carolyn has over 20 years proven HR experience gained predominantly in the public sector, including education, charitable and housing sectors.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to SDHR, is known and respected for her calm, friendly and methodical approach to a wide range of HR and Employment Law challenges.
